Tbh, just keep running around and you'll find them eventually. There’s no magic formula – just explore and avoid the enemies.
From my experience, the cheeses are usually placed in areas that encourage exploration. Look in corners, behind obstacles, and especially where you think the enemies would guard something valuable.
