I found them in the Sgt. Byrd's Base level on the Midday Gardens hub world. Those little guys are sneaky!

Honestly, I think Spyro's just jealous he can't turn into a hummingbird himself. He's a dragon of many talents, but not that!

In Spyro: Year of the Dragon, those hummingbirds can be found in a level called 'Tree Tops' over in the area known as 'Midday Gardens'. Happy hunting!
