There are two main islands in Subnautica: the Floating Island and the Mountain Island. You can find the Floating Island to the southwest of your starting location, while the Mountain Island is to the northeast!

Look for the Floating Island at -620, -20, -967 coordinates and the Mountain Island at 309, 0, 1080 coordinates. Happy exploring!
