You can find the robot leg near the waterfall, tucked in the corner by the rocks. The robot head is inside the cave, across from the witch's quest area. Keep an eye out for the arm in the desert area, hidden behind a cactus. Finally, the torso is on the floating island in the sky, so get ready to fly or build a tall potion tower!
From personal experience, the robot torso is the trickiest. Use a flying potion to reach the floating island in the sky. The rest are fairly easy if you explore methodically鈥攐ne in the cave, another by the waterfall, and one in the desert. Good luck!
