Just found a snowman near the neighborhood entrance! Keep a lookout in high-traffic areas, especially where players gather.
From my experience, snowmen are usually by the main areas like the city center. Just wander around the map and you'll spot them!
Honestly, just walk around the whole map. They pop up in different spots each winter event.
