Make sure you're not in the middle of a match! Skins are only visible when you're in the lobby or in the Locker section. If you still can't find them, try restarting the game.
Don't panic! Skins sometimes take a moment to show up. Re-log or restart your game if they don't appear instantly.
Your Fortnite skins should be in your Locker! Just head to the main menu, click on the Locker tab, and you should see all your skins there. If they're not showing up, make sure you're logged in with the correct account.
