At Meijer, you'll usually find Pokemon cards in the toys section, especially near other collectible cards and board games. Some stores might also place them close to the electronics area, depending on how they organize things. Actually, in my local Meijer, they keep Pokemon cards at the front of the store, near the checkout lanes. It seems to vary, so always good to look around or ask someone.
