I've found rifts mostly around the edges of the major named areas, like near Coral Castle or on the outskirts of Retail Row. Just wander and you'll spot one!
They change locations every season, but currently, you can find them near popular spots like Catty Corner, Misty Meadows, or the Weeping Woods. Keep exploring!

Rifts? Just look for the bright blue tears in reality! They can pop up anywhere, really, but are easier to spot in open areas.
