Scrolls? You don't need them to enjoy Adopt Me. Just focus on adopting pets and having fun!
You can find one of the scrolls in the pet shop by the dog section, another near the big tree in the playground, and the last one on top of the highest building. Found them all last week!
One scroll is in the pet shop, one is near the playground, and the last one is way up on the tallest building downtown. Happy hunting!
