Where Are the Metals on a Periodic Table?
GroaningRush路3 months agoMost metals chill on the left side and middle of the periodic table. Just look for that shiny cluster starting with alkali metals in Group 1!

Metals are hanging out on the left side and in the middle of the periodic table. Look for the periodic bling!
Almost exclusively left and center. Non-metals hog the right side.
I've always found metals starting at Group 1 (alkali) and spreading to the middle (transition metals). It worked for my chemistry exams!
You'll find metals mainly on the left and center of the periodic table. Groups 1 and 2 plus the transition metals are your metal zones.
