You gotta make sure your game is updated! Naval options should be just under 'Game Modes' in the main menu.

Sometimes a clean reinstall fixes all issues. Had the same problem on Linux, reinstalled, and voila鈥攖he naval options were back!

They might not show up if the latest patch hasn't installed correctly. Try verifying the game files in your launcher.
