You really shouldn't. Not only is it illegal and unethical, but it also harms the game's community and creators. If cost is a concern, there are tons of budget decks out there that can compete without needing to resort to fakes.
I make my own proxies for decks I'm testing before I decide to buy the real deal. It's a lot more rewarding and keeps you in the clear ethically. Plus, nothing beats the feeling of eventually getting that genuine card for your collection!
