Power Armor in Fallout 4 is scattered across the Commonwealth. A sure spot to find some is at the Concord Museum of Freedom; it's part of the early quest line. Don't forget to check military sites or train cars, you're likely to stumble upon some there too. Keep your eyes peeled and your Fusion Cores ready!

Everywhere. Literally, it's all over. Just wander around. But if you want specifics, Starlight Drive-In, National Guard Training Yard, and Fort Strong are good bets. Happy hunting!
IDK why everyone makes a big deal about finding Power Armor. Just craft and upgrade your own at any Power Armor station. Way more satisfying.
