Crunchyroll is your best bet for watching every season of My Hero Academia. They have all the episodes available with subs and dubs!
Netflix has a couple of seasons, but it's hit or miss depending on your region. Crunchyroll or Funimation is more reliable.
If you're an Amazon Prime subscriber, you can stream some seasons of My Hero Academia there as well, but it's not as comprehensive as Crunchyroll or Funimation.
