Where can you find Aerogel in Subnautica?
You can't exactly 'find' Aerogel, but you can craft it! You'll need Gel Sacks and Rubies. Look for Gel Sacks in Sparse Reef or the Jellyshroom Cave and Rubies in the Blood Kelp Zone or Lost River!

As someone who just went through this, Sparse Reef for Gel Sacks and Blood Kelp for Rubies! Both pretty easy to find.
Gel Sacks and Rubies are the key! Once you have those, craft Aerogel in your fabricator.
Just hit up the Blood Kelp Zone for rubies and the Sparse Reef for gel sacks. Easy peasy!
