Where did comments go on Crunchyroll?
Crunchyroll removed the comments section in early 2020. They wanted to improve the community experience and cut down on spam.

You might've noticed the comments section disappeared around early 2020. Crunchyroll decided to nix it to focus on other community features.
They got rid of comments in early 2020, probably to cut down on spam and trolls. Forums are still a thing though!
No more comments since early 2020. Guess they didn't want to deal with the chaos anymore. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
