Dragon eggs in Palworld tend to spawn in mountainous or volcanic regions. Keep an eye out for rugged terrains with a lot of elevation, as these spots are hotspots for dragon-type Pals. Sometimes, they can also appear in caves or near lava flows, so don't skip those areas during your exploration!

Just look around volcanoes. Dragons love the heat, so where there's smoke, there's fire... and dragon eggs!

I found a dragon egg once right on the edge of a cliff near a volcano. It seems like the more dangerous the area, the better the chance you'll stumble upon one. Just make sure you're prepared for a tough battle if you disturb the locals!

Honestly, just explore and keep your eyes peeled. The game's pretty random with spawns. Got mine in a place I least expected!
