Oh, the elusive tow truck! Look no further my friend. You can usually find one hanging around the impound lot in Los Santos. Just mosey on over there, and you should spot one. If lady luck isn't on your side, check out the countryside near Paleto Bay, they're often seen cruising around or parked by the roadside.

I found my first tow truck when I wasn't even looking! It was just sitting there in the Home Depot parking lot near Sandy Shores. Trust me, just drive around there, and you're bound to run into one sooner or later. The game's full of surprises like that.
Hot take, but honestly, just steal any car. Why bother with a tow truck when you could be speeding down Vinewood Boulevard in something that actually goes fast?
Definitely hit up the industrial areas in Los Santos, especially at night. I've snagged a couple of tow trucks from those places. They seem to spawn more frequently there, especially around the LS Custom Shops. Good luck, and happy towing!
