You can't redeem codes in Adopt Me right now. They removed that feature a while back.

Just tap on the Twitter bird icon on the screen. A window will pop up where you can enter your code.

When I used to redeem codes, I clicked on the Twitter icon on the right side of the screen. But last I checked, they removed the feature.
