Navigate to your War Thunder installation folder, find the 'UserMissions' directory, and dump your missions in there. If they're in a zip file, extract them first.
You can put your War Thunder user missions in the 'UserMissions' folder. It's usually found in the game's main directory, but double-check just in case!
