Just head to your Facebook settings, find the 'Blocking' section and voila! There they are!
From my experience, it's easiest to go to Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Blocking. Your blocked friends will be listed there.
Go to Facebook settings, look for the 'Blocking' section, and your blocked friends will be right there. Easy peasy!
