You can find diamonds in the Thermal Spires, the Deep Twisty Bridges, and Arctic Spires. Just swim around and look for those shiny rocks!

Diamonds can be found in the Crystal Caves. Just be prepared for a bit of a spook down there!
Try exploring the Deep Twisty Bridges biome. I always find a bunch of diamonds there among the other shiny goodies.
