Just to add, if you're looking to share or edit those epic moments, you'll find the actual video files in the 'My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Videos\Clips' folder on your PC. Happy editing!

In GTA 4, when you record an awesome stunt or a hilarious fail, the game saves these clips in the 'Videos' section under the 'Game' tab in the pause menu. You can view them there anytime you want!
