The alien ship in Fallout 4 crashes near Oberland Station, just a bit to the north. You'll know you're in the right place when you find a trail of green blood leading to a cave. Inside, you'll meet the alien and can lay claim to its blaster, a unique and powerful weapon. Happy hunting!

Oh for sure, the alien ship crash site is a neat little easter egg. Found it accidentally while running from a deathclaw. That alien blaster became my best friend real quick. Oberland Station area, north side. Follow the green goo!
