It's in 'Captures' under your 'Videos' folder. If you haven't moved it, that's where it'll be.

The Xbox Game Bar saves videos in the 'Captures' folder located in your 'Videos' directory by default. You can find it here: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Videos\Captures.
