You'll want to explore the Mushroom Forest biome. Check out those tall, glowing mushrooms, and you'll often find shale outcrops there. Diamonds for days!

Yo, the Jellyshroom Cave has shale outcrops too. Just make sure you're equipped to handle the creatures down there!

Forget all that. Best place is the Deep Sparse Reef. You'll get tons of diamonds, just be ready for a deep dive.

Head to the Mountain Island or the surrounding Mountain biomes. You'll find shale outcrops that can drop diamonds.

From my experience, diving around the Blood Kelp Zone is a jackpot. Watch out for Ghost Leviathans though!
