It's in the Astronomy Wing. Just follow the stairs up from the main courtyard and you're there. Super easy to find once you know where to look.
I found it by accident while exploring the castle! It's in the Astronomy Wing. The game does a good job at guiding you there if you're on the quest, but it's also fun to stumble upon.
