Where is Area 69 in GTA San Andreas on the Map?
LOL just look for where you're getting shot at from nowhere. That's Area 69 for ya. In all seriousness, it's in the desert, Bone County. Can't miss it once you're there, it's the place with fences and soldiers all over.

Area 69 in GTA San Andreas is not the easiest spot to stumble upon if you're not looking for it! It's located in the desert area known as Bone County, smack dab in the middle of Las Venturas and Los Santos. Look for a restricted military base – that's your Area 69. Just don't fly over it unless you want to get shot down!

Found Area 69 by accident while messing around in the desert. It's exactly where everyone says - between Los Santos and Las Venturas in Bone County. Trust me, you'll know when you're close... the military doesn't exactly roll out the welcome mat.
