Where is Arowe in Blox Fruits?
You can find Arowe in the First Sea on the Skylands. Look for him near the top of the highest island, talking to him will unlock abilities.

Arowe hangs out in the Skylands at the very top, near the island with the temple. Bit of a climb, but worth it!

Just go to the highest point on Skylands. Arowe chills there, he's pretty easy to spot.
He's on the Skylands’ highest peak. I had to parkour my way up there, but it was awesome once I found him!
