Benny's Original Motor Works is in the Strawberry neighborhood of Los Santos. Just look for the spray can icon on your map, it's kinda near the Olympic Freeway. Perfect spot for pimping out your ride!

Found it by accident while running from the cops, lol. It's in Strawberry. You go there to customize your cars, and it's pretty cool. Worth the find!

Literally just open your map and search for the marker in Strawberry, next to the Olympic Freeway. Can't miss it.
