Blaine County is up north in the GTA 5 map. Think of it as the game's version of the wild, wild west, filled with deserts, mountains, and a bunch of small towns that look like they're stuck in time. It's where you go when you wanna escape the craziness of Los Santos and get into some off-road mischief or fly over the mountains.

Dude, Blaine County is basically where you end up when you're trying to run away from the cops and suddenly realize you've left the city far behind. Lots of desert, lots of trouble to get into.

It's right next to Los Santos, just head north! Can't miss it. It's the part where the map gets all rugged and you find more dirt roads than highways.
