Just a heads up, the Boruto manga is way ahead of the anime. If you want no spoilers, stick to the anime!
From my experience, the anime catches up with important manga events but with added filler to keep the show running. Enjoy both worlds!
As of now, the anime catches up with the manga where the Kawaki Arc starts. Manga is ahead though, so you get exclusive spoilers there!
