Boston in Fallout 4 is basically everywhere you turn. You're smack dab in the middle of it from the moment you step out of Vault 111. The game does a solid job at giving you a radioactive tour of what used to be one of the USA's most historic cities. Just don't expect to catch a Sox game or ride the T; it's a tad more... mutated now.
It's literally the game setting. You can't miss it unless you're trying REALLY hard.
I've walked the Freedom Trail in both real life and Fallout 4, and let me tell you, dodging ghouls adds an extra layer of excitement to the historical tour. Boston's all around you in the game - a crumbling, but still recognizable shadow of its former self.
