Cassie Mendoza shows up in a random Safe House or Settlement after you find the Snitch, who can be found near main missions. Happy hunting!

Cassie Mendoza? Find the Snitch (Jared Nash). He鈥檚 usually lurking around Jefferson Trade Center.

The real trick is locating Jared Nash. Once you do, you can mark Cassie on your map. She's in a random Safe House or Settlement.

OK, so Cassie is a traveling vendor. You have to locate Jared Nash (the Snitch) first. He pops up in random spots around D.C., look near SHD caches.

You must find 'The Snitch' first. Jared Nash, who is the Snitch, can usually be located around key mission areas. Cassie鈥檚 whereabouts unlock afterward.
