Where is the Community Center in Sims FreePlay?
The Community Center is located near the center of SimTown, just across the road from the Children's Store. You'll find it on the map once you reach Level 6.

The Community Center unlocks at Level 6 and is on the main map, right next to the Children's Store and directly across from the Education Center.
Just hit Level 6, and boom! The Community Center appears near the middle of your town map, next to the skate park.
It's right in the middle of SimTown near the Children's Store. You need to be at least Level 6 to see it.
