I spent more time than I'd like to admit looking for it, and it turns out it was right under my nose in San Fierro. Just head west of the garage in Doherty. It's the place where you'll develop a love-hate relationship with virtual driving tests.
Ah, the legendary Driving School, officially known as the Back O' Beyond Driving School. Just kidding! It's actually in San Fierro, a bit west of the garage you get in the Doherty area. Look for a big building with a large parking lot. Can't miss it, especially with all those cones and tire marks everywhere. Have fun dodging those cones and remember, parallel parking is harder in the game than in real life!
