El Quebrados police station is chilling in the northwestern part of the map, in Tierra Robada. If you find yourself wandering the desert, you're heading in the right direction. It's a handy spot for... er, 'borrowing' a police vehicle, if you catch my drift.

Just go north, my dude! El Quebrados police station is in Tierra Robada, pretty much sticking out in the desert like a sore thumb. Easy to spot once you're in the right area!
