Where is the Epic Games Store INI File for The Outer Worlds?
You'll find The Outer Worlds INI file in the 'Saved' folder. Look here: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini. Happy modding!

I had the same issue! Found mine in C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\. Super easy once you know!
Look in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor! Just replace 'YourName' with your actual username.
Check C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini!
