Exchange items in MLB The Show 24 can be found under the 'Programs' tab in Diamond Dynasty. Just navigate there and you're good to go!

Open Diamond Dynasty, then hit 'Programs' and 'Exchanges' is right there. Happy swapping!

Head to Diamond Dynasty in the main menu, then click on 'Programs.' You'll see the 'Exchanges' option where you can swap your items.
