Fort Hagen is located in the western part of the Commonwealth, a bit southwest of Sanctuary Hills. It's kinda tucked away, but it's a major part of the main questline where you'll have some intense showdowns. So, gear up before heading there!

idk why everyone makes a big deal about Fort Hagen. Just follow the main quest, and you'll get there eventually. Not rocket science.
Just hit west from Diamond City and keep an eye out for the big, ominous-looking building with satellite dishes. Can't miss it. And watch out for synths!
Found Fort Hagen during my second playthrough and it was totally by accident! Was just wandering and there it was, imposing and ready for action. Definitely a highlight, so make sure your inventory is stocked!
