Glen Park is in the city of Los Santos in GTA San Andreas. It's northeast of Idlewood and northwest of East Los Santos. Basically, aim for the big lake on the map - you can't miss it! Glen Park is a bit notorious for gang wars, so be ready to defend your turf.
