The GTA San Andreas directory can usually be found in the 'C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas' folder on Windows. If you installed the game through Steam, it's under 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas'. Just replace 'C:\Program Files (x86)\' with wherever your Steam is installed!
