You'll find the horse betting in GTA San Andreas inside the Inside Track Betting shops. There are a couple of these around the map, but the easiest one to get to is probably in Los Santos, located downtown near the Los Santos Forum. Happy betting, and may Lady Luck be on your side!

It's in the Inside Track Betting shops. There's one in Los Santos and another one in Montgomery, Red County. Trust me, easy money if you know which horse to bet on. ;)

Nobody got time for horse betting, missions are where it's at! But if you must, Inside Track in Los Santos. Spend your money wisely though.

Horse betting? In San Andreas? Just hit the Inside Track shops. Los Santos has one that's super easy to find. But, honestly, betting on horses is a hit or miss. I find sticking to missions makes you way richer.
