Jacques, that sneaky jack-in-the-box villain, is hiding out in the Dream Weavers world. You'll find him in the Jacques level by freeing the Balloonist after collecting enough dragon eggs. So, keep your eyes open, glide around, and go give Jacques a good ol' dragon fire-breathing welcome!
