Easiest way to get a keycard? Take one from a guard! Just follow them around until you have an opportunity to swipe it.
Dude, just join the guard team for a bit and then switch back after you get the keycard. Worked for me!
You can always try bribing a guard with some Cash. Sometimes it's just easier to make friends rather than enemies.
