It's in Cypress Flats, dudes. Just drive towards the southeast of the map, and look for a place that looks like it's seen better days but with cars that definitely haven't. Can't miss it.

The LS Car Meet in GTA V is located in Cypress Flats. You gotta head to the warehouse district in the southeast part of the city. Look for a nondescript building with a bunch of graffitied walls around the area, and you're there. It's a hub for car enthusiasts to show off their rides, race, and chill.
Honestly, just follow the sound of revving engines and you'll find it. Or, you know, Cypress Flats.
