Go to the southwestern part of the island, close to the river. You'll find the bunker entrance camouflaged by some rocks and bushes. It's easy to miss!

Bunker B is a bit of a trek! Head to the southern part of the island, near the large lake. Look for a hidden entrance in the cliffs. Keep an eye out for some rocks and vegetation covering it!
