The map in Moss Blanket is actually pretty well hidden! Head out from the teleporter and look for a tree bridge. Cross it, then go up the ramp, and you'll spot the map node up high. Easy peasy!
I swear I spent hours looking for it! Just head towards the Feral Path and then look for a left turn. It's up on a ledge there. It was a real 'Eureka!' moment for me.
