Where is Med-Tek in Fallout 4?
Med-Tek Research is northeast of Lexington, near the outskirts. If you hit the Parsons State Insane Asylum, you've gone a bit too far north. It's a good idea to stock up before heading there; the place is crawling with ghouls and other nasties. Plus, there's a pretty good story quest inside involving a certain Mr. Nick Valentine.

It's in the northeast, close to Lexington. Just tread carefully, it's not exactly a walk in the park. Ghouls love hanging out there, and not for a tea party, if you know what I mean.
Med-Tek Research? Oh, easy find. Head northeast past Lexington, can't miss it. Just make sure your weapon's loaded and your stimpaks are stocked. Place is a ghoul fest.
