Where is Med-Tek Research in Fallout 4?
Med-Tek Research is located in the northeast section of the map, just a bit east of Lexington. If you hit the Malden area, you've gone too far north. Look out for the big, imposing building surrounded by parking lots - that's your landmark!

Just wander northeast from Lexington, and you can't miss it. It has a distinctive look and it's pretty isolated, so once you're in the right area, it'll stand out.
Actually, it's not the location that's tricky, it's getting inside. Remember to bring your best gear, 'cause you're not just walking in through the front door without a fight.
